Client cPanel is coming soon
The AlbSite Client Panel is being prepared as a secure, central place to manage information about your website and support requests.
What will clients be able to do?
- View your website domain and account status.
- See the cPanel and FTP usernames assigned to your hosting account.
- Check your website's expiry date and receive an advance warning when it is approaching.
- Open support tickets to request changes to your website, domain, cPanel or FTP details.
- Follow ticket status and read replies from the AlbSite support team.
- Receive panel notifications when a new ticket update or reply is available.
For security, hosting passwords should be shared and changed only through an approved secure process. The panel is not a replacement for the hosting provider's actual cPanel.
